If you have submitted a FAFSA form and you are a US citizen, you will be automatically be verified so you do not need to complete the Verification of Lawful Presence in the United States form.

If you have not submitted a FAFSA form, students who are U.S. citizens can complete the Lawful Presence form online.

If you are unable to access your MyCharleston account, please complete the Verification of Lawful Presence in the United States form (PDF) and deliver the original, with your proof document, in person to the Office of Admissions. Please allow 5-7 business days to process this form upon delivery.
