I enjoy singing and playing the piano. I'm excited to be part of the College of Charleston family and I look forward to exploring the city and everything it has to offer.
Why did you choose to become an admissions counselor?: During my undergraduate career I spent an extreme amount of time in the Office of Admissions as a tour guide and student worker, and I was a summer intern. I love the fast paced environment, where each day is different than the last. I get to meet new people from across the country and have an impact on the future student body of the school.
What Jeremy Likes Best About CofC: The undergraduate spring graduation. Instead of wearing the tradition robes, at CofC men wear white dinner jackets and ladies wear white dresses and carry six long stem red roses. It is very picturesque!
Jeremy's Admissions Tip: Visit as many school as possible because there will be that one point during a visit where you absolutely know that particular school is where you were destined to be.
Summer Reading: Steve Jobs' biography
Favorite Quote: "Be who you and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind." - Dr. Seuss
Favorite College Memory: I have an enormous amount of great memories from college, but the ones that stick out the most in my mind are when I stayed up all night having a great time with friends despite the fact that I knew I had a test in the morning. Please do not follow my example!
Fun Fact: In my next life my dream job is to be a chef and have a show on the Food Network.
