A South Florida native, Christina joined the Office of Admissions in 2009. She works extensively with our Guidance Counselor programs, various scholarship campaigns, teaches a writing workshop for the Senior Project program, and works closely with the Honors College. While attending Florida State University, she was involved with her sorority making friends for life. She enjoys reading, going to the beach, college football, and exploring Charleston. While earning her master's degree in higher education administration, she worked as a graduate assistant in admissions where she fell in love with the profession.

Christina's admissions tip: Don't base your entire college decision on rankings. While the College of Charleston has great rankings, that's not what it's all about. The most important thing is that you are happy with the place you will spend the next four years of your life. When job searching, a potential employer will care more about what you accomplished in college over what your institution happens to be ranked.
