A native of Iowa, Sarah joined the College of Charleston Admissions team in 2014 with the specific goal of growing international student enrollment at the college. With over 10 years of experience in international education, recruitment and admissions Sarah has supported the college in its efforts to bring students from all over the world to beautiful, historic Charleston, South Carolina. Sarah attended Texas Christian University for her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication, studying abroad in London, England and attended Loyola University Chicago earning her Masters Degree in Higher Educational Administration, studying abroad in Rome, Italy. Sarah has traveled all over the world (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Central America and South America), meeting with students and their families to discuss the benefits of study in the US.

Sarah admissions tip: Interested in a being in a big city? Or do you want a small town? Do you like rain? Do you need sunshine all the time? Make sure you read about the location of the schools, their climate and size of community they are in before applying to them. Where you study matters as much as what you study.
